Class Overviews

BOXING 

Get ready to punch your way to peak fitness! Our pads and gloves-based cardio boxing class targets the whole body, boosting coordination and confidence. Partner up for dynamic boxing combinations that rev up your metabolism, torch calories, and challenge you to become fitter, faster, and stronger. 

PILATES 

Transform your mind and body on the mat with our Pilates class. Focus on improving posture, balance, muscle tone, and core strength through dynamic movements and holds. Enhance your body awareness, strengthen your performance, and diversify your training routine with every session. 

YOGA 

Wrap up your week with a feel-good, full-body flow! Our Yoga class welcomes all levels, combining creative movement and breath in playful, fun sequences. Build strength, stability, and flexibility while enjoying a relaxing yet invigorating practice. 

STRENGTH 

Join our weight-based interval class that’s all about reps and sets. Build strength, tone up, and master resistance movements with proper technique. Whether you want to lift heavy or go at your own pace, this class is perfect for beginners and athlete-level legends alike. 

BOOTCAMP 

Challenge your whole body with our Bootcamp class focused on strength, fitness, and muscular endurance. Suitable for all fitness levels, this workout incorporates a variety of training styles, including barbells, free weights, high-intensity cardio, and bodyweight movements. We set the WOD, and you bring the effort! 

Membership Options

At Fit Kat Bootcamp there is a range of membership options to satisfy every training need and budget.

Our options include:

All in Plan - $55 per week

This option includes unlimited weekly classes, with full support and accountability. As per the timetable above there are 13 sessions available per week.

Facebook Group access is included, as are members' discounts on VPA Products and Merchandise.

Twice a week -$49 per week

This option includes 2 weekly classes, with full support and accountability. As per the timetable above there are 13 sessions available per week.

Facebook Group access is included, as are members' discounts on VPA Products and Merchandise.

Casual Drop-In Class - $30 per class

Come and enjoy any group session on a casual basis.

10 pass sessions $250

Personal Training - $80 per session

Enjoy a dedicated 60 minute session where we will define your fitness goals and tailor a program plan. P/T sessions include form and technique instruction and postural correction, with support and accountability.

4 Weeks Nutritional Advice & Personal Training Bundle - $760

4 weeks nutritionist-approved meal plan designed for your needs, plus 2 personal training sessions per week (8 in total). Full support and accountability.
