You are purchasing ONE Compression Boots Session at Fit Kat Recovery Centre. The session is 30 mins long. Recovery Centre sessions are open to the public and all genders. Session time is to be book when purchasing this pass.
Cancellation Policy
Terms and Conditions for Sauna, Ice Bath, and Compression Boots Sessions at Fit Kat Recovery Centre 1. Booking and Payment:1.1. All sauna, ice bath, and compression boots sessions must be booked in advance via our website.1.2. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session.1.3. Prices are subject to change at the discretion of Fit Kat Recovery Centre. 2. Cancellations and Rescheduling:2.1. Cancellations made at least 12 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund or reschedule.2.2. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the appointment will not be eligible for a refund.2.3. If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time, and no partial refunds will be given. 3. Health and Safety:3.1. Use of the sauna, ice bath, and compression boots is at your own risk. If you have any medical conditions, please consult a doctor before booking a session.3.2. Individuals who are pregnant, have heart conditions, high/low blood pressure, circulatory disorders, deep vein thrombosis (DVT), or other medical concerns should seek medical advice before using any of the services.3.3. Clients must listen to their bodies during the session. If you feel unwell, stop immediately and inform a staff member.3.4. Hydration is essential before and after sessions. Clients should gradually acclimate to cold exposure in the ice bath and follow staff guidance for safe use.3.5. Compression boots pressure settings should be adjusted for comfort, and clients should stop use if any discomfort occurs. 4. Facility Rules:4.1. Proper swimwear or comfortable clothing must be worn, depending on the session.4.2. A towel is required for sauna and ice bath sessions for hygiene purposes.4.3. No food, glass bottles, or alcohol are permitted in any recovery area.4.4. Clients must clean up after themselves and respect the space for others. 5. Liability Waiver:5.1. Fit Kat Recovery Centre is not responsible for any injuries, health complications, or personal property loss that may occur during the use of the sauna, ice bath, or compression boots.5.2. By booking a session, you agree to use these recovery services at your own risk and release Fit Kat Recovery Centre from any liability. 6. Code of Conduct:6.1. Clients must behave respectfully towards staff and other guests. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior will result in removal from the premises without a refund.6.2. Any damage to the facility caused by a client will be the client’s financial respon
