You are purchasing ONE Ice Cold Therapy Session at Fit Kat Recovery Centre. The session is 30 mins long. Recovery Centre sessions are open to the public and all genders. Session time is to be book when purchasing this pass.
Cancellation Policy
Terms and Conditions for Ice Bath Bookings at Fit Kat Recovery Centre 1. Booking and Payment: 1.1. All ice bath sessions must be booked in advance via our website. 1.2. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session. 1.3. Prices are subject to change at the discretion of Fit Kat Recovery Centre. 2. Cancellations and Rescheduling: 2.1. Cancellations made at least 12 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund or reschedule. 2.2. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the appointment will not be eligible for a refund. 2.3. If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time, and no partial refunds will be given. 3. Health and Safety: 3.1. Use of the ice bath is at your own risk. If you have any medical conditions, please consult a doctor before booking a session. 3.2. Individuals who are pregnant, have heart conditions, high/low blood pressure, circulatory disorders, or other medical concerns should seek medical advice before using the ice bath. 3.3. Clients must listen to their bodies during the session. If you feel unwell, exit the ice bath immediately and inform a staff member. 3.4. Clients should gradually acclimate to the cold exposure and follow staff guidance to avoid shock or discomfort. 4. Facility Rules: 4.1. Proper swimwear must be worn at all times. 4.2. A towel is required for drying off after your session. 4.3. No food, glass bottles, or alcohol are permitted in the ice bath area. 4.4. Clients must clean up after themselves and respect the space for others. 5. Liability Waiver: 5.1. Fit Kat Recovery Centre is not responsible for any injuries, health complications, or personal property loss that may occur during the use of the ice bath. 5.2. By booking a session, you agree to use the ice bath at your own risk and release Fit Kat Recovery Centre from any liability. 6. Code of Conduct: 6.1. Clients must behave respectfully towards staff and other guests. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior will result in removal from the premises without a refund. 6.2. Any damage to the facility caused by a client will be the client’s financial responsibility. 7. Amendments: 7.1. Fit Kat Recovery Centre reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes. By booking an ice bath session at Fit Kat Recovery Centre, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
