About Fit Kat Gym

Fit Kat offers fitness training for all women. It fuses the traditional bootcamp with boxing, strength and cardio training. 


With the option of one-on-one personal training sessions or group fitness classes, I can offer a tailored approach to meet your fitness goals, from a beginner level to advanced.


Fit Kat is not your average gym. Originally setup in a unique and idyllic environment in the Sunshine Coast town of Diddillibah, it offered a space to breathe in nature after the intensity of a workout.

We have now relocated to a new space to better cater to your fitness needs and ambitions. The additional space will offer even more opportunities for personal growth, empowerment, and community building.

We have carefully designed this space to maintain the welcoming and supportive atmosphere you've come to love, all while giving us room to grow and expand our fitness offerings.

It is safe and supportive for all women.
